This policy explains how ThermaFit Escondido Insulation Services handles the information you share when you visit our website, fill out our form or call us about a job. We're an insulation contractor in Escondido, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer you and do the work you ask about.
It applies to everything on this site, starting from our home page, and to the contact we have with you because of it. You can read more about who we are on our About page.
What we collect when you fill out our form
When you ask for an estimate or send us a message, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the property address and a short note about the job, like a hot upstairs room or an attic you want checked. We need those details to call you back and plan a visit to your house.
Our form runs on an outside form service, so what you type goes to that service first and is then passed to us. If you call or email instead, we keep the details you give us the same way.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, ours may record basic facts about your visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the kind of device and browser you use and the general area you're browsing from. We use this to see which pages help people and to fix the ones that don't work well.
